Deposit and withdrawal methods
Moving money in and out of your Pepperstone AI account happens in Australian dollars through payment methods you already use every day. Every method below is free of platform fees on our side, and each table states the typical processing time so you know what to expect before you press send.
Deposit methods
Fund your account instantly from your banking app with PayID, by debit or credit card, or in digital assets if you already hold them. Deposits are credited to your platform balance as soon as the payment provider confirms them.
| Payment method | Type | Fee | Processing time | Details |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PayID / bank transfer | Local bank transfer | Free | Instant | PayID is the fastest way to fund your account from any Australian bank app: enter the PayID, confirm the Osko payment and the money usually lands within seconds. You can also use a standard BSB and account number transfer if your bank does not support PayID yet. |
| Visa | Debit / credit card | Free | Instant | Visa debit and credit cards top up an account in one step, with 3-D Secure verification handled by your own bank. Funds are normally visible on the platform as soon as your bank approves the payment. |
| Mastercard | Debit / credit card | Free | Instant | Mastercard deposits work the same way: card details, a quick Identity Check confirmation from your bank, and the deposit is typically credited straight away. Your bank may apply its own cash-advance conditions for credit cards. |
| USDT TRC-20 | Digital assets | Free | Within 24 hours | Clients who already hold digital assets can deposit USDT on the TRC-20 network. The transfer is credited once the network confirms it, usually within 24 hours, and the platform does not charge a fee for it. |
Withdrawal methods
Withdrawals are requested from your dashboard and, after standard security checks, paid to accounts verified in your own name. Where you deposited by card, funds are returned by the same route wherever your bank supports it; otherwise they go to your Australian bank account.
| Payment method | Type | Fee | Processing time | Details |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer | Local bank transfer | Free | 1–3 business days | Withdrawals go straight to your Australian bank account by BSB and account number. After the request is approved, most transfers arrive within one to three working days depending on your bank’s processing times. |
| Visa | Debit / credit card | Free | 1–5 business days | If you deposited with a Visa card, winnings can usually be returned to the same card. Final timing depends on your card issuer and is typically one to five working days. |
| USDT TRC-20 | Digital assets | Free | Within 24 hours | Digital-asset withdrawals in USDT on the TRC-20 network are processed after standard security checks and normally complete within 24 hours. Network conditions can occasionally add a short delay. |
Good to know before you move money
Your name, verified
Deposits must come from, and withdrawals go to, payment methods held in your own name. This is an Australian compliance requirement and it protects your money from anyone else.
Business days
Processing times are in business days, Monday to Friday excluding Australian public holidays. A withdrawal approved Friday afternoon starts its bank journey Monday morning.
Your bank's own rules
Card returns and bank transfers depend on your issuer's processing. Your bank may also apply its own fees for card transactions or international digital-asset transfers; those are outside our control and never charged by us.
Verification first
Identity verification is completed before your first withdrawal, usually during activation. It adds a little time once and prevents problems every time after.
Full terms, limits and the reasons a request can be held are on the withdrawal policy page. Questions about a specific payment? Email [email protected] and we will trace it.
