Withdrawal policy

Your money stays yours. This policy explains how withdrawals from Pepperstone AI work: the available methods, the checks we perform, the timelines you can expect, and the situations in which a request can be delayed or declined.

1. Introduction and acceptance

This policy forms part of the Terms of Use and applies to every withdrawal request made on the platform. By requesting a withdrawal you confirm the destination details are your own and that funds being withdrawn are not subject to any hold. Where this policy and a specific plan's terms differ, the more specific document prevails.

2. Available withdrawal methods

Withdrawals are available to Australian bank accounts by BSB and account number (1-3 business days), to Visa cards used for deposit where the card issuer supports returns (1-5 business days), and in USDT on the TRC-20 network (usually within 24 hours). Every method is free of platform fees.

3. Processing times

The clock starts when a request is approved, not when it is submitted. Approval normally happens within one business day for verified accounts. Final crediting then depends on the destination: your bank's own processing schedule, your card issuer's refund cycle, or network confirmations for digital-asset transfers. Weekends and public holidays are not business days.

4. Fees and charges

Pepperstone AI charges no withdrawal fee on any method. Third-party costs can still arise outside our control: a receiving bank may charge for incoming transfers, card issuers set their own refund handling, and digital-asset networks charge transaction fees set by the network itself. Any cost we apply, now or in the future, will be shown on the confirmation screen before you submit a request.

5. Limits

The minimum withdrawal is $50 AUD or equivalent; there is no maximum, though amounts above $10,000 AUD may be paid in instalments for treasury reasons, with the schedule confirmed to you in writing. New accounts may face lower limits for the first 30 days as a fraud-prevention measure.

6. KYC and AML checks

Withdrawals require a completed identity verification and go only to destinations in your own name. Card withdrawals return to a card you deposited with; USDT withdrawals go to a wallet address you have confirmed through our verification flow. Larger or unusual withdrawals may trigger additional review under our AML policy before release.

7. Why a request can be delayed or declined

Common reasons: destination details that do not match your verified identity, an incomplete verification, an account flagged by transaction monitoring pending clarification, funds still settling from a recent deposit, or a technical issue at the receiving institution. We tell you the reason and what will resolve it. We never decline a withdrawal because a client is profitable or wants to close an account.

8. Your responsibilities

Check the destination details every time; a transfer sent to details you mistyped cannot always be recalled. Keep your registered email current, since approvals and confirmations go there. Tell us promptly about changes to your name or bank accounts, and never share withdrawal confirmations or codes with anyone claiming to be from our team.

9. Cancelling or changing a request

A pending request can be cancelled or edited from the dashboard while its status is "submitted". Once processing begins, cancellation is no longer possible; you would need to wait for the funds to arrive and withdraw again. Repeated submission and cancellation of the same request can trigger security review.

10. Support

Questions about a withdrawal go to [email protected] with your request reference, or to your personal manager. The Client Support & Compliance team operates Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 AEST (excluding public holidays) and answers withdrawal enquiries first, usually usually under one business hour. If a withdrawal passes its expected timeline, contact us before worrying: most late arrivals trace to the receiving institution.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in methods, third-party costs or Australian requirements. The current version is always the one published on this page, and material changes are announced to registered clients by email before they take effect. The date of the latest review is recorded with the document; continuing to use the platform after a change accepts the updated version.
