Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Pepperstone AI website and the services described on it. By creating an account you accept them, so please read this page before registering. It explains what the site is, what you may and may not do, and where our responsibility ends.

1. Use of the website and services

Pepperstone AI is a technology and marketing platform that provides tools, analysis and information related to trading in financial assets, including digital assets. The website presents the service, collects registration requests and supports clients. Trading activity itself is executed with licensed third parties engaged in servicing client accounts. You agree to use the services only for lawful personal purposes and to provide accurate information when registering.

2. Restrictions

You may not use the platform if you are under 18, if you lack legal capacity to contract, or where use would breach laws applicable to you. One person may hold one account; duplicates are closed with funds returned to the verified source. You may not transfer your account to another person, and access to the platform is personal and non-transferable.

3. Marketing materials and information communications

Registered clients receive service communications about their account, and, where consent is given, occasional information about platform features. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time from your account settings or by email to [email protected], and service communications (security notices, withdrawal confirmations) continue regardless, because they protect you.

4. Intellectual property

The Pepperstone AI name, logo, page design, text and software are our intellectual property or used under licence. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Reproducing, scraping, framing or reselling any part of the site without written permission is not permitted, and automated data collection from the website is prohibited.

5. Privacy

Handling of personal data is described in full in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we collect what is needed to provide and support the service, we do not sell your data, and you can ask at any time what we hold about you.

6. Links to third-party sites

The platform references third parties such as exchanges, payment providers and information sources. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. A link is not an endorsement, and you use third-party services at your own assessment of their terms.

7. Prohibited use

You must not attempt to breach or test the platform's security, interfere with other clients' access, upload malicious code, use the service for money laundering, fraud or any unlawful purpose, infringe others' intellectual property, or misrepresent your identity. Breach of this section entitles us to suspend or close the account and, where required, report the matter to the relevant Australian authorities.

8. Support

Support is provided by the Client Support & Compliance department, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30 AEST (excluding public holidays), at [email protected]. Every account also has an assigned personal manager once activated. Support can help with setup, deposits, withdrawals, settings and complaints; it will never ask for your password or one-time codes.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The website and services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to keep information accurate and the platform available, we do not warrant that operation will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis will lead to a profitable outcome. Nothing on this site is a recommendation, personal advice or a guarantee of investment results, and figures shown in illustrations, calculators or reviews are examples, not forecasts. Trading involves risk, including loss of deposited capital.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for claims connected with the services is limited to the amount of fees you paid us in the three months before the event, except where the law does not allow limitation, such as for fraud or liability that cannot be excluded. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or trading losses caused by market movements, third-party outages or events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Pepperstone AI against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right, to the extent permitted by law.

Final provisions

These terms may be updated; the version in force is the one published on this page, and material changes are announced to registered clients before they take effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stands. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our operations in Australia, and disputes follow the process on the complaints page, including external resolution through AFCA where eligible.
