With Pepperstone AI you know every possible cost before you begin. We state the minimum first deposit for each plan, the trading costs that apply, and the deposit and withdrawal conditions in full, in Australian dollars, with nothing buried in fine print. There is no monthly platform fee on any tier, and deposits and withdrawals are free on every method we support.

Important: we do not charge a monthly fee for platform access. The amount shown for each plan is the initial capital allocated to trading activity, not a membership or subscription charge. Trading commissions and other applicable costs are disclosed separately below, always before a transaction is confirmed.

Deposits, withdrawals, timelines and limits
Deposits
Free on every method. PayID and card deposits are instant; USDT TRC-20 deposits are credited within 24 hours. Minimum initial deposit by plan: Basic $370, Advanced $2,250, Premium $7,500 AUD.
Withdrawals
Free on every method. Bank transfers take 1-3 business days, Visa card returns 1-5 business days, and USDT TRC-20 withdrawals usually complete within 24 hours of approval.
Processing windows
Withdrawal requests are processed on business days, Monday to Friday excluding Australian public holidays, after standard security and identity checks.
Limits
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts per method are shown on the payment methods page; larger withdrawals may undergo additional verification, which we will tell you about upfront rather than after the fact.
